This class will cover soup construction via the technique of "layering flavors".  We will also hand roll sushi with cooked crab or veggies, no raw fish!  To complete our Asian-inspired cooking class, I will teach the 10 steps of bread production to create some sweet and savory teriyaki pork stuffed steamed buns.
