Our  chefs are passionate about getting you involved in the cooking process, further inspiring you to strengthen your skills in the kitchen. With a wide array of classes from bread making to sharpening your knife skills, we’ve got endless possibilities to choose from.  Our classes range from demonstration style to hands-on.

MEDITERRANEAN CLASS

Join Chef Ceci for a class that will transport you to a street cart in the Mediterranean! Ceci spent a summer enjoying kebabs from locals in the Med and spent quite a bit of time working to replicate the amazing flavors and textures that she loved oh so much. In this class you will learn the secret to making Chicken Doner Kebab in the comfort of your own home without using one of those crazy spit roasters. To get class started, she will be showing you how to make Baba ghanoush and serve it up with some crispy pita chips. Then to built the bowl, you will get to watch her make authentic hummus (and learn the secret to making it extra creamy), tabbouleh (a wonderful parsley salad), tahini dressing, a cool tzatziki sauce, and an easy flat bread to scoop it all up with!

SOUTHERN COMFORT

This is a class you will not want to miss!  Come join us and learn how to make Southern Style Chicken and Dumplings and Fried Pies.  Sometimes the most seemingly simple recipes are the trickiest to perfect, but Joyce will show you the best way to make these dishes that your entire family will love! In this class, you will learn Joyce’s tried and true secrets to a homemade broth, tender chicken, and dumplings from scratch. You will also learn the art of making dough for your fried pies and just how little time it takes from start to finish. At the end of this class you will enjoy a light lunch including Chicken and Dumplings, Pear Salad, and Fried Pies topped with Ice Cream.

Have you already mastered a starter and the perfect Sourdough loaf? Well then this class is for you! In this class Chef Autumn will go over different recipes and techniques that will show you how to use your starter in more ways then one. You will learn how to make sourdough pizza, cinnamons rolls and English muffins. The best part, you will also get to enjoy all of these tasty creations!

SOUPS & STEWS

Fall is the time of year that screams for soups and stews! Chef Bridget is here to show you 3 delectable recipes to keep you warm and cozy through fall and winter. In this class she will bring the nostalgia with a mushroom bisque that will bring back the childhood memories by elevating the classic Campbells Cream of Mushroom. For a heartier classic, she will show you her go to minestrone, the perfect vessel for a big ole slice of bread. The third will be her spin on the classic beef stew. Think Beef Bourguignonne meets stew! Grab some artisan bread for when you recreate these recipes!

FALL BRUNCH CHARCUTERIE CLASS

Join Chef Ceci to learn the basics to building a beautiful brunch inspired charcuterie board. This class will incorporate the pairing of flavors, how to add texture and dimension, and demonstrate a board with a theme and how you can really get creative with your boards or tables! What will really set this class apart will be the wonderful brunch items blended with the traditional charcuterie characteristics and warm fall flavors. The best part, after watching Ceci build the spread, everyone will get to eat and enjoy the delicious art! Mimosas will of course be served.

With the holidays steadily approaching the demand for desserts is at an all time high. Chef Autumn will make sure you don’t show up to the holiday party empty handed. In this class you will enjoy and learn how to make a classic Yule log, pumpkin cheesecake and a pavlova Christmas wreath. At the end of this class you will be able to impress your friends and family with a spectacular dessert!

COOKIE DECORATING

Join us October 23rd for Cookie Decorating! In this class you will learn how to make, bake, and decorate classic royal icing sugar cookies. Each person will have 2 of 3 different Halloween inspired blank cookies to learn and practice how to apply royal icing. By the end of class you will leave with a new set of skills and some delicious cookies! Each attendee will also get to take home the 4 piece piping kit provided to you in the class.

With the holidays just around the corner, Chef Ceci wanted to bring you a class that would be great additions to any fall gathering. These flavorful bites are sure to impress your friends and family. Chef Ceci’s goal is to show you fun new ways to bring new versions of old classic appetizers and fall dishes. These will be great to serve in small or large quantities.

THANKSGIVING TIPS/TRICKS & HOW TO COOK LESS

NOVEMBER 4 6PM-8PM

Are you tired of dry turkey? Do you get tired of the same old mashed potatoes? Do you find yourself cooking so much you can never make it through your leftovers? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this is the class for you! Thanksgiving dinner is Chef Ceci’s absolute favorite meal to cook and she is so excited to share some of her tried and true tips to making the juiciest turkey, creamiest mashed potatoes, freshest green bean casserole, and stuffing that doesn’t need to go inside the bird and can replace rolls at the table too! Along the way she will be giving you tips to downsize the amount of food you make, because not everyone wants to be eating leftover turkey for weeks!

Nothing brings joy more then delicious, homemade bread. In this class Chef Autumn will help spread the joy by showing you three festive bread recipes that are perfect for any holiday event. The breads will include spiced chocolate babka, caramel pecan monkey bread and buttery yeast rolls. And don’t worry, you will get to try all of them!

Join us to learn the basics of cake decorating with a festive twist. In this class Chef Autumn will show you the tools and techniques needed to fill a cake, crumb coat a cake, apply a chocolate drip and finishing decorations. Each person will get their own 6 inch 2 layer chocolate cake as well as the supplies and workspace to be able to follow along. By the end of the class you will leave with a new set of skills, the recipes for the cake and icing and the cake you decorated!
