Join us Thursday, January 7th, to master the art of the classic French Macarons from our Pastry Chef Autumn Vought. She will be showing you just how simple it is to make these beloved confections while also demonstrating the best ways to fill them. By the end of the class, you will be able to make beautiful macarons that will impress your friends and family!

  • What are we doing to keep everyone safe?
    -We have reduced our class sizes.
    -We are requiring face masks for class participants, instructors, and class assistants (except when eating).
    -As before, we continue to require all class participants, instructors, and assistants to wash their hands before class.
    -We are sanitizing/washing/disinfecting all tools, workstations, and equipment before class and throughout class as appropriate.
    -Before class starts, we are requiring signed commitment from all instructors, assistants and class participants confirming that they are not presenting any symptoms of COVID-19 other than those that they would normally have due to annual allergies or pre-existing health conditions such as COPD or GERD. These include fever, shortness of breath, loss of sense of taste or smell, dry cough, runny nose, and sore throat.
